Yet again, 5-star service with total professionalism shown by everyone. Time given to clearly explain procedures and options. Friendliness shown by all with whom I had contact. A reassuring experience for anyone anxious about a visit to the dentist.
I used to be really anxious about going to the dentist, but that completely changed after coming here.I first came in with quite bad toothache for an examination and ended up needing an extraction with Dr Bhavin Patel. He was absolutely incredible, I didn’t feel a thing. I’ve had multiple injections from him now and genuinely haven’t even felt a pinch, which is something I never thought I’d say. He does incredible work and ensured you're comfortable at times.I later came back for a new patient exam and X-rays with Dr Pari Chhabra, and she was so caring and thorough. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, especially when going through the X-rays and helping me understand what needed doing and what to prioritise.I also have to mention the support outside of appointments. I emailed out of hours on a Friday evening about toothache, fully expecting to hear back on Monday at the earliest, but I actually received a call at 8pm from Dr Kam Patel. That level of care really isn’t something you expect, but it made such a difference. She took the time to understand what was going on, had a really helpful conversation with me, and gave me clear steps on what to do next.The reception team are always so helpful too, whether it’s over email, on the phone, or in person. It genuinely makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.It’s always been a lovely experience coming here and the level of care is just outstanding. Easily the best dental practice I’ve ever been to.Also worth mentioning the dental nurses, they’re always friendly, reassuring, and make everything feel relaxed and well looked after throughout. You can tell the whole team works really well together, which makes a big difference overall.I can highly recommend to everyone!Alex
I have always received Wonderful service from the Practice. It's almost a pleasure to go there. Today Kam was her usual skillful caring and reassuring self. After my check up and 2 xrays Kam passed me on to the Hygienest. He was extremely competent and very caring. I think my teeth had the best Hygiene treatment they have ever had. Reception as always friendly and helpful. See you all next time!!!

I actively enjoy going to the Charlbury Dental Prtactice. Friendly receptionists and staff who give a warm welcome, efficient and gentle hygenists and wonderful Kam to look after my teeth. I recommend them unreservedly.
I can't fault the staff at Charlbury. I have been going there for over 30 years and whilst it has always been good, it is better than ever now with state of the art equipment. Having said that, it is still a taylor made service and when I had medical/dietary needs, my notes reflected that well and special toothpaste was brought in and we went back to hand de-scaling with Amanda the brilliant hygenist. I highly recommend!

The dentist and dental nurse were professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Today I had a double appointment for a routine check-up and a 3-monthly hygienist session. Both were conducted with the professionalism and courtesy that is the hallmark of the Charlbury Dental Practice. Everyone who works there does their job with kindness and efficiency. I will miss Bhavin as he has looked after my teeth for more than 5 years now and I wish him all the best in his new venture.
I’m a very nervous patient but Jai has put me at ease. He is kind, caring and very efficient giving me a clear explanation of my treatment plan. Staff are friendly and very professional. All in all a really lovely practice and would thoroughly recommend.
Just got back from my six monthly check up at “Charlbury Dental Practice “. And as usual the service I received was impeccable, through from reception to Dr Bhavin ,(he’s a laugh a minute!.).He’s been so good with my daughter (Jan) who’s always had a mortal fear of Dentist’s, and has now got her back on a treatment regime, thank you for that Bhavin.Also my Wife (Valerie) would not wish to see anyone else., in fact if she was twenty years younger; I’d think they were having an affair!!, Ha. Friendly, patient and careful....I'm a really nervous patient but since starting treatment with the Charlbury team have had nothing but the best care. Still scared but everything is carefully explained and carried out to ensure minimal discomfort. Thoroughly recommend
My children (10 & 12) just had their first appointment with Dr Bhavin Patel and he was absolutely brilliant with them. They left confident and looking forward to returning! As a parent, I left feeling supported and with a clear view of the plan for future visits. Reception staff are really friendly and all ran efficiently too

Very positive experience. Outstanding service from this Dental Practice. I had the misfortune to have a filling fall out yesterday morning, on contacting the Charlbury Dental Practice reception desk they not only arranged a slot in the afternoon for the dentist to see what work was needed but also arranged for the dentistry to be carried out later the same day. The dental surgeon ‘Kam’, carried out the work painlessly and efficiently all with such a cheerful manner, it was a pleasure to visit the dentists !!Anyone looking for a a very modern friendly Dental Practice should try this practice, I would definitely recommend them.
I saw the hygienist Elena first who was the height of professionalism and kindness. She was quick and efficient without making me feel rushed and provided useful advice. I then saw the dentist Bhavin. Again ,he was the height of professionalism and kindness and went above and beyond the call of duty. Explaining in absolutely understandable detail the current state of my teeth, what was possible and what was advisable. His passion for his work was hugely engaging, but he did not allow his own interests to interfere with what I needed. I have worked as an educationalist with dentists around the country and the world, and I can honestly say that today's experience was very impressive indeed. Well done Charlbury Dental Practice
In the past I have been a very nervous patient at the dentists, but that has all changed. I can't recommend the staff at Charlbury Dental Practice highly enough. Lesley, on reception, has always been warm, welcoming and extremely helpful and has made a real effort to remember me and my children. Bhavin Patel is excellent: he explains things clearly and goes into as much (or little!) detail as you need, and is approachable and very reassuring. I felt respected and in control of what was happening to me (as far as you can be!). I had my first filling with him, and then today an extraction, and it was all fine and very manageable. Far better than I could have imagined. A big thank you to Bhavin and his wonderful dental nurse Alix. It's still not a fun activity of course, but going to the dentist no longer frightens me.
Over the last few months I have been seen on a number of occasions by Bhavin Patel who, in my view, is extremely good, both clinically and in how he explains his thinking. it has always been a pleasant experience. I have only given 4 stars merely because I think 5 stars imply perfection which I believe no clinician could achieve. So I am very happy to recommend him.
I can't thank Kam enough her time, care and attention to detail in improving the appearance and alignment of my teeth. The results have far exceeded my expectations and I am truly delighted.
I used to hate dentists so much that I gave up going. However, my teeth needed a little help. Reluctantly I thought I would try this dentist as it was highly recommended.Everyone were friendly and relaxed. As I entered the room my dentist and dental nurse were lovely. I was becoming more and more relaxed. I was told what was happening at every stage. I chose what music to listen to. Nothing was rushed.I am so pleased I no longer have to hide my teeth.Can't thank them all enough.I travel 2 hours to visit this practice, that is how happy I am with them all
Thank you for my recent treatment at Charlbury Dental Practice ...I had to have a damaged tooth removed...I do have a fear of injections so was not looking forward to the procedure at all.Dr Bhavin Patel carried out the procedure after he had very carefully explained what he was going to do.....I was apprehensive especially re the injections, but I have to say, I was amazed how well it went, yes it was uncomfortable, but I didn't feel real pain or fear during the procedure.I have been a patient on and off for many years when I have been in this district and the treatment I have received has always been excellent...I have no reservations about recommending being a patient there......
Another great experience yesterday at the Charlbury Dental Practice. COVID measures were brilliant and myself and my family felt incredibly safe. The whole team are all so lovely and welcoming, thank you as always to you all, you work so hard and it’s not unnoticed!
